3. Subject of the Service DetectFly enables users to identify aquatic insects and receive suggestions for artificial fly patterns via image recognition and location-based recommendations. The Service is provided for informational and recreational purposes only and should not be considered scientific or legally binding advice.
4. Registration and User Accounts Some parts of the Service may require registration. Users must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property All content on the Service, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of DetectFly or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
